• Sit tall with your legs straight out at a 90-degree angle to your body, your ankles crossed and the inner thighs squeezing together tightly.

• Press down to lift up

• With your palms pressed to the mat at your sides, inhale with control as you lift your legs from the mat as one and roll back, bringing your legs overhead and balancing on your shoulder blades with long, strong arms pressed firmly to the mat (like the Rollover).

• Scissor legs to switch ankles

• Holding this balanced position, switch ankles with a small, quick scissoring of the legs.
